How do I make a complaint?

Whilst all staff working in the NHS try to do their best to offer a high quality service, unfortunately sometimes things do go wrong. In many cases our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can help to resolve concerns or problems.  However, there could be occasions when you may wish to make a formal complaint and receive a written response. Please click on the link below to find out how to do this.
