C-Card

C-Card

What is a C Card?

A C Card is a credit card-sized membership card that allows you to get condoms wherever you see the C Card sign.

How can I get one?

You need to register at a C Card venue. The C Card worker will talk to you about condoms and sexual health generally and then give you your own C Card.

After this, you just need to show the card at a C Card venue to get more condoms.

Who can get one?

Any young person, male or female, aged 13 to 19.

Is it confidential?

Yes. We will only tell someone else if you are in danger or might be harmed in some way - and we would talk to you about this first.

Where can I get one?

Anywhere you see the C Card sign.

This is a new service so there will be more places offering C Card as time goes by.

You can ring Tameside and Glossop Centre for Sexual Health on 0161 339 2222 to find out where you can get a C Card.
