Services provided by Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust

From 1 April 2011, some Tameside Community Services will be provided by Pennine Care Foundation Trust.  Services will continue to be provided as normal but you may start to receive letters and information from Pennine Care.  The people providing your care will stay the same.

The services are:

Primary Care Mental Health
